Draft rules of auto insurance developed in Azerbaijan
The State Service of Insurance Control at Azerbaijan’s Finance Ministry has developed draft general rules on auto insurance.
“Each insurance company has developed its own rules on auto insurance. It is not correct, therefore, the rules should be unified”, chief of the state service Namik Khalilov said.
He also noted that the prepared draft is being considered with the Azerbaijan Insurers Association.
“The unification will also refer to other kinds of goodwill insurance including insurance of individual property”, Khalilov concluded
